Following the Barcelona Summit launched in November 1995, by taking into consideration the Mediterranean Identity of our country and of our university, Economic Research Centre on Mediterranean Countries was founded by the professors of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, in October 23, 1997, as a unit attached to the Presidency of Akdeniz University. |
